CASE STUDY: OUR FIGAROS ARE IN PRINT!

We are used to unusual requests at The Figaro Shop but we were extremely flattered by the following idea. At the start of 2011 we were approached by Mark and the team at Spooner Studios.

Mark Spooner is a professional photographer based in Oxfordshire and he asked if we would help him create a photographic book that portrayed the loving restoration of a Figaro from start to finish.

Over the following months, Mark visited our workshop at regular intervals and took photos of the car as its incredible transformation took place.

We are delighted that we completed the work on the car in June and have delivered it to its happy new owner. Mark and his team have created this fantastic pictorial record of the evolution of this Figgy and created an amazing coffee table book of photographs capturing the whole process. The book is available to purchase from our parts site.

Below is a taster of the pictures included in the book. We are sure you will agree this will make a great book for any coffee table especially that of a Figaro owner or fan. It shows in detail the workmanship and time which we put into every car we build. From the car arriving and taking its first steps on British soil right through the colour change and mechanical rebuild through to the day of delivery with its fantastic gloss black paintwork.
