NISSAN FIGARO REFURBISHMENTS
Below is The Figaro Shop programme for all our cars, which brings each one of them up to the same exceptional standard. On top of this all other parts are checked for wear or damage and for most cars this is only a fraction of the total work carried out. We can offer tailored packages to suit your Figaro. Our parts are genuine Nissan wherever possible or the highest quality available.
The 50 step programme numbered below describes our unique restoration process. We challenge you to find any restoration as thorough as ours.
When we replace parts it is because they show signs of wear, and because we know the tendency of Figaro weak spots. So our programme includes what we feel is necessary for all Figaros, not simply an exercise in replacing parts.
Our 50 step refurbishment programme
Our tailored refurbishment programme always covers:
- Hood - top section - not cheap DIY models, these are fitted by a professional trimmer with anti shrink qualities
- Hood - rear window section
- Seats re colonised or re covered - new leather and piping, designed for us by a top upholsterer and hand stitched in fine Italian leather
- Original Figaro CD fitted with new state of the art internal workings - can include mp3 connection, USB, record and replay plus much more, be spoke options
- Consoles/interior panels renovated- blast/chemical cleaned and presented as new
- Carpets re dyed
- Any small dents and scratches removed - carried out by a professional paint shop to the highest standard, can also completely re colour in any finish including glitter paints!
- Headlamp eyelids fitted
- Wheel trims restored or replaced
- Rear right flasher and chrome bezel replaced - the old chrome often peels
- Rear left flasher and chrome bezel
- Tappets re gapped and shaft re secured – not just checked
- Gasket replaced
- Lower wish bone left - not done by many restorers, we feel the Figaro really benefits from these parts
- Lower wish bone right
- Track rod end left front - again not done in many restorations
- Track rod end right front
- Front shocks - we use the best shocks to give the most authentic ride
- Rear shocks
- Engine flush - very important to preserve the life of the Figaro
- New oil
- Air filter - all service parts have been tested and chosen for their quality
